What is your return policy for equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that customized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes, our residential basketball hoops and backboard systems come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty duration varies by model, ranging from 1 to 5 years.
How long does shipping take for standard orders?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For oversized items like in-ground hoops, delivery may take 10-14 business days via a specialized freight carrier.
